Regardless of the age, ALL dogs ENTERED in U.K.C. Events MUST BE registered with United Kennel
Club with either a Permanent Number, a Temporary Listing Number or a Limited Privilege Number.
Puppy/litter registration papers are NOT considered to be permanent registration papers.
Temporary Listing Numbers Applications and TL#s will be available at these shows. Complete the TL#
application with the owner(s)' name(s), owner's address, phone number, email, dog's full name as you
want it to appear on the registration papers, the dog's date of birth and it's breed. Cost of TL#s
are $15 each payable to U.K.C. by credit card, cash, check or money order. Checks to U.K.C.
